About Me

I have over 15 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, working first as a personal trainer in the UK and the Netherlands before retraining as a health coach. For seven years I supported clients both privately and within the NHS, helping people take control of their health through sustainable lifestyle and nutrition changes.

During this time, I saw how dietary education could be life-changing—supporting clients to reverse Type 2 diabetes, manage menopausal symptoms, improve fertility, and boost mood and energy. These results inspired me to deepen my knowledge with a three-year diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Now, as a nutritional therapist and health coach, I combine science-based nutritional advice with practical coaching strategies to help people create lasting habits. My approach is designed to support the body’s natural ability to heal, protect against disease, and build resilience—even while navigating the challenges of modern life.

I work with clients who want to feel more energised, manage chronic health issues, or simply improve their overall wellbeing. My focus is always on achievable, personalised changes that make a real difference.

Outside of my practice, I’m a mum of three, passionate about balance, fresh air, movement, and enjoying food in a way that supports both mental and physical health
