Perfect for kick-starting your health drive, including:

  • An initial consultation in person or virtual - lasting about an hour. I will then design a completely tailored nutritional plan for you, which I will send you within 24 hours. I will follow this up with a phone or video call to discuss and explain the plan. This will take approximately 20-30 minutes.​

  • 2 x follow-up consultations to monitor your progress and to make adaptations to your plan as necessary - the timing of these will depend on the plan. We will book the next one after each session.​

  • WhatsApp support throughout your programme and for 2 weeks after your last appointment. 

  • Supplement advice - supplements will cost extra but I will pass on any practitioner discounts I receive

  • Advice and support on any functional tests we decide would be helpful- tests will be an additional cost, but I will pass on any practitioner discount I receive.
