Perfect for kick-starting your health drive, including:

  • An initial consultation in person or virtual - lasting about an hour. I will then design a completely tailored nutritional plan for you, which I will send you within 24 hours. I will follow this up with a phone or video call to discuss and explain the plan. This will take approximately 20-30 minutes.​

  • 2 x follow-up consultations to monitor your progress and to make adaptations to your plan as necessary - the timing of these will depend on the plan. We will book the next one after each session.​

  • WhatsApp support throughout your programme and for 2 weeks after your last appointment. 

  • Supplement advice - supplements will cost extra but I will pass on any practitioner discounts I receive

  • Advice and support on any functional tests we decide would be helpful- tests will be an additional cost, but I will pass on any practitioner discount I receive.

Sometimes, your needs may be best met by another practitioner with more specialist expertise in a particular condition. If that’s the case, I’ll always recommend a referral to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.

All prices quoted are for online support. Face to face can also be arranged at the lovely Raleigh Park Clinic in Oxford for an additional £20 per session. 
Home visits can be arranged, price is dependent on distance.
